Peanut Butter Cheesecake

 
Cuti dari post n3 semalaman...hahahaha....bukan cuti tapi pi jalan-jalan 1 hari suntuk semalam, saja bawa anak2...asyik teperap ja dalam rumah kesian la pulak. Kek!!!.. buat semalam niiiii......, wife pi skodeng kat blog Anncoo Journal untuk dapatkan resepi Peanut Butter Cheesecake, lagi detail kalu sini tekan..... Cara2 nak membuat tu kalau tengok nampak macam senang ja tu yang mr.mama request wife try buat, jadi ka tak belakang kira la kan..?. Result dia...nie haaa.... . Selamat Menjamu Mata...

 

Ingredients:
  • 250g Fresh milk
  • 150g Creamy peanut butter
  • 250g Cream cheese
  • 50g Plain flour
  • 5 Egg yolks
  • 5 Egg whites
  • 100g Sugar

Method:
  1. Preheated oven to 160C. Line a 8" round cake tin.
  2. Double-boil fresh milk, peanut butter~use hand whisk to stir the peanut butter till smooth and add cream cheese into it and stir all mixture till smooth.
  3. Add in eggs, one at a time and sift plain flour into it, mix until all the mixture has thickened.
  4. Remove cream cheese mixture from heat and pass through a sieve then leave to cool.
  5. Whisk egg whites and sugar at peak form and use a spatula to fold the egg whites into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Steam-bake at 160C for about 1 hour 10 mins.
